- Update sigs

Logic needs fixing, plugin is causing more ramp bugs than if the plugin is disabled lol |
* Copy paste new rbf+rng logic from cs2surf * Update IsEntityController offset * Change RAMP_PIERCE_DISTANCE to 0.0625f Old value was 0.15f. Using KZGlobalTeam/cs2kz-metamod@45a46a4 as a reference
