I was trying to go to the dashboard

Steps to reproduce

1. Be connected to govtool with Vespr wallet
2. go to drep directory
3. tap on brand icon to go home

Actual behavior

nothing happens

Expected behavior

You should be taken to the home page, whether dashboard or un-connected screen

This logo icon still does not navigate to the dashboard in the connected state for mobile.
