JSP 적용시 user/list는 가능하지만, JSTL로 적용할때는 500 에러가 난다.
pom.xml 에 있는 Jstl dependency가 톰캣에서 적용이 안되서 그런 것 같은데 일단 빠른 스킵을 위해 적어둔다.
