Testei localmente e esse bump nem instala:

@angular-devkit/build-angular@22.0.8 trava o peer dependency em typescript >=6.0 <6.1 — não é um conflito entre dois PRs do Dependabot, é uma incompatibilidade real do toolchain do Angular 22 com o TypeScript 7. Só vai dar pra atualizar quando o Angular também subir de versão (o CI, que já passou a rodar nos PRs, vai continuar recusando esse merge com a mesma falha). Deixando aberto por enquanto, sem mergear.

Fechando por enquanto — TypeScript 7 é bloqueado upstream (não é peer-range, o TS 7.0 nem tem API programática ainda pro compiler-cli usar). Motivo documentado no PR #34 (docs/typescript-7-upgrade.md), e adicionei typescript aos majors ignorados no dependabot.yml pra parar de reabrir este PR toda semana. Reabrimos quando o Angular suportar TS 7.x.
