About Me

Hi I'm Layomi 👋, I'm a software engineer bringing over 3️⃣ years of full-stack engineering experience, building with Python, JavaScript (and their frameworks), databases like MySQL and deploying with AWS and many other tools.

Before software, I studied and worked in Electrical Engineering 💡, which solidified an understanding of how to create any idea with the tools at my disposal - a quality that continues to shine in my software experience. In my previous roles, I created software solutions for businesses in transportation 🚗 , education 📖 , and retail 🏪 using many languages, tools, cloud platforms, and frameworks (including React, Node.js, Django, Flask, Express, MongoDB, MySQL, DigitalOcean, AWS, GitHub and much more!).

I am currently learning more on AWS, AI and exploring New York City 🗽! I'm also really interested in electronics and always excited to have fun with microcontrollers!
