"Open companion app" fails intermittently in module settings

Steps to reproduce/复现步骤

1. Install Vector normally and reboot the device.
2. Open Vector and navigate to the "Modules" page.
3. Long-press to select any installed module.
4. Click "Open companion app".
5. Observe that it fails intermittently—sometimes nothing happens at all.

Expected behaviour/预期行为

Clicking "Open companion app" should reliably launch the companion application or settings Activity every time.

Actual behaviour/实际行为

The button click fails silently and intermittently without any response or explicit error logs in Logcat.

• Unstable & Inconsistent Behavior: The feature is extremely flaky—it occasionally works, but very often fails with no response at all across different attempts.

• ADB Launch Works 100%: Direct launch via adb shell am start -n / works consistently every time, confirming that all target Activities are valid and exported properly.

• No Logcat Error Logs: When the silent failure happens, no explicit crashes, exceptions, or relevant error logs are printed in Logcat.
