No shortcut is created after switching to Vector

Steps to reproduce/复现步骤

So I changed from Vector-SR to Vector, flashed the most recent Ci version via KernelSU, rebooted my device and then clicked the action button within KernelSU to open Vector.
But I can't seem to create a shortcut for Vector. I don't see any option within the new Vector UI to manually create a shortcut.
I can only open Vector using the action button in KernelSU.

I also noticed that there is the word "dirty" written next to the version number:

Does that mean anything?

Expected behaviour/预期行为

Vector shortcut should be created after installing Vector.

Actual behaviour/实际行为

No shortcut is being created, even after rebooting and re-flashing Vector a second time.

Personally, I don't think shortcuts are created here by default. Not really a bug—it seems like this feature was just never added.

In Vector-SR, there is a prompt asking you if you want to create a shortcut on the launcher after you freshly install it.
I think something like that would be helpful for the new Vector UI revamp as well. Right now there is no option to create a shortcut manually.
