Android 9: VectorDaemon throws NoClassDefFoundError for android.os.IServiceCallback$Stub on latest Debug 3098

Steps to reproduce/复现步骤

1. Install Vector 2.2 Debug build 3098.
2. Enable Zygisk.
3. Enable one or more Xposed modules in Vector.
4. Reboot the device.
5. Check /data/adb/lspd/log/verbose_*.log.

Expected behaviour/预期行为

Vector should not try to resolve or load android.os.IServiceCallback$Stub
on Android 9 / API 28.

The API-specific implementation should be isolated so that newer framework
classes are not resolved by ART on older Android versions.

Actual behaviour/实际行为

VectorDaemon throws the following exception on Android 9:

Rejecting re-init on previously-failed class
org.matrix.vector.daemon.ipc.SystemServerService$registerProxyService$callback$1

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
Failed resolution of:
Landroid/os/IServiceCallback$Stub;

Caused by:
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:
Didn't find class "android.os.IServiceCallback$Stub"

Tested the Debug artifact from Actions run 32363521176
(commit 81ec3def) on Huawei ANE-TL00 / Android 9 / API 28.

The fix works.
The previous errors are gone:

• no IServiceCallback
• no NoClassDefFoundError
• no SystemServerService$registerProxyService$callback$1

System server injection still works normally.
