Adds a short "Saving an in-memory database to a file" section to the docs with a working example using the SQLite.backup API added in #347, and lists SQLite.backup in the API reference (its docstring was not previously referenced anywhere in the built docs).

Addresses #210 — the long-standing "how do I persist an in-memory DB" question now has a documented answer.

Docs-only change; example verified against SQLite.jl on Julia 1.11.
