The README never mentioned that PDF resume extraction needs pdftotext from poppler, that Word/RTF extraction goes through macOS's textutil, or that the agent and chat features need the Codex CLI - so a fresh clone fails at runtime in ways that look like bugs. Added a short Requirements section spelling those out, right before the Run instructions.
