docs: publish sanitized sample run bundle

Goal

Give first-time open-source users a scrubbed run artifact they can inspect without Docker, LocalStack, Terraform, or a model endpoint.

Acceptance Criteria

• Generate offline AWS sample run artifacts
• Run nullstate scrub before sharing
• Attach scrubbed bundle/dashboard/report to a release or docs artifact location
• Document where users can download or inspect the sample
• Confirm no .env, Terraform state secrets, model tokens, or local paths leak in the shared sample

Technical Notes

Prefer release assets over committing bulky generated run directories to the repo.
