Follow-up to #118 and Kiingo/kiingo#12383. Successful human/all identity rotation now refreshes the renderer after acknowledgement, running the existing pre-render continuity migration and replacing the stale relay AUTH socket and identity-scoped caches. Agent-only rotation does not refresh. Includes a focused regression test and companion delivery plan. The signed desktop release and Ross-signed live conversation verification remain open; authoritative plan: Kiingo/kiingo#12390.
