Adds a VS Code Dev Container/Codespaces setup so contributors can open the repo, install dependencies automatically, and start the Docusaurus preview on port 3000 with minimal local setup.
Also updates contributor docs with devcontainer and CLI usage, aligns CI/local tooling on Node 24, and pins the Contributions index sidebar position for more predictable navigation.
