Section 2 footnote 3 links to url{https://community.lsst.org/t/deep-drilling-whitepapers/732} which is a discussion board featuring a link to the DDF proposals which is now defunct (RIP)
Since it may not be easy to change the community post (which is a discussion with Q/A) we should directly include the link to the DDF 2011 proposals that are now hosted at https://project.lsst.org/content/whitepapers32012

(I am not doing it myself cause I am not sure which branch we are working on and I dont want to crease confusion)
