The branch name should start with "20.11_fb_" to run against the correct base branch on TeamCity

OK, let's try this again...
The ELISPOT assay imports a TSV created by an instrument. The instrument software was recently updated and the file marginally changed. This PR makes changes to reflect that.
I'd like to target this to a branch that can be deployed to PRIMe. I think PRIMe is 20.11 now, but i'm really not sure.
@jonesgaohsu - want to be sure you're aware of this.
