Mock Mascot servlet that mimics a few Mascot APIs. junit test that exercises those APIs.

Convert two usages of commons HttpClient 3.1 to modern HTTP libraries (one to the Java HttpClient and the other to Apache HttpComponents). Remove commons HttpClient 3.1 from the product!
