Jiaqi Lin is a Ph.D. candidate in Information and Communication Engineering, jointly trained by Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT) and the Academy of Military Sciences (AMS). His research focuses on intelligent networks and network cognition. Certified as an Associate Senior Engineer and Information Systems Project Manager (MOHRSS & MIIT), he has contributed to 10+ major national projects, including the 973 Program, and has led a key laboratory research project as PI.
