Publish the reviewed DAG routing and file-backed workflow authoring improvements from dev.\n\nValidated on dev:\n- Typecheck, lint, and DAG coverage gate\n- CodeQL\n- 4,000+ unit tests\n- generated client and SDK freshness\n- HttpAPI exerciser gates\n- Linux and Windows E2E\n\nIncludes the follow-up provider schema evidence refresh from PR #251.
