三次交付（#451/#453/#455，issues #450/#452/#454）因 SpecGit 立项默认 base=main 直接进入了 main；按 Git Workflow 恢复
dev ⊇ main集成不变量，避免后续 dev 开发基于陈旧代码。What changed
纯同步：main → dev，无手工改动。内容为 #450 era 可观测、#452 双 era interop 回归测试、#454 darwin 构建签名。

全部内容已在 main 侧通过更严门禁（Typecheck + Unit Tests + E2E linux/windows + SpecGit Acceptance），见各 PR。
