Synchronize the Doxygen tree width and color mode with Doxygen Awesome, refresh the custom header for Doxygen 1.12, and add a Playwright desktop/mobile layout smoke test to the publish workflow.
Apply the search and dark-mode toggle separation assertion to both desktop and mobile viewport smoke tests.
