Specifically the Flatpak build will fail as the manifest is looking for the branch on the wrong repo (our repo instead of the repo the PR is coming from)... We want to test the code coming from the PR.

Please do not change the CI, or attempt to fix this in your PR as it will make it more difficult for everyone. I have a fix ready to deploy but am waiting until after two other PRs are merged before deploying the fix for flatpak.
