Description

Our current system tray loop polls for tray events every 50 ms for the entire time Sunshine is running, which is a waste of power. With LizardByte/tray#76, we can use the blocking tray_loop() and let tray_exit() wake up the waiting tray/main thread.

I also removed a bunch of Windows-specific code that was handling lifetime management of the system tray thread. It's okay to just let the tray thread exit asynchronously as it doesn't touch resources outside of the tray library.

- 添加current_vdd_client_id跟踪当前VDD设备的客户端ID
2. last_vdd_setting状态残留导致配置误判

The SonarQube warnings are false positives (intentional commented design decisions).

- 添加current_vdd_client_id跟踪当前VDD设备的客户端ID
2. last_vdd_setting状态残留导致配置误判
* fix(tray): use the blocking event loop to avoid wasting power (#4457)
