Deleted several --exclude and --gcov-exclude options from the coverage command in the Arch PKGBUILD.
Eliminated mentions of the 'archlinux' tag and its architecture support from the documentation, reflecting its removal or deprecation from the available Sunshine images.
Updated the gcovr command in the Arch PKGBUILD to use a relative path for the -r option, ensuring the coverage XML only includes the repository's source files.
The CI workflow no longer checks out submodules recursively during the 'Checkout' step.
Refines gcovr invocation to use the correct relative path to the source directory and adds output of the coverage report for easier inspection.

Added a sed command to update the <source> path in coverage.xml, ensuring the report references the correct source directory. This improves compatibility with tools that consume the coverage report.
Sets LD_LIBRARY_PATH to the correct GCC library path to ensure the proper libgcov is used during tests. Also updates the sed command to fix the source path in the coverage report for consistency with CI environments.
Refactored PKGBUILD to simplify coverage XML post-processing and removed LD_LIBRARY_PATH manipulation. Updated tests/CMakeLists.txt to automatically detect and link the correct libgcov version matching the GCC compiler, ensuring coverage tools work reliably across environments.

Description

Introduces a dedicated GitHub Actions workflow for building and testing on Archlinux, including artifact and coverage uploads. Updates the main CI workflow to integrate the new Archlinux job. Enhances the Arch PKGBUILD to support coverage reporting via gcovr and outputs test results in XML format.

TODO:

  • artifact names
  • verify test results
  • verify coverage
