v3.7.6: update translations, Loop fix for iOS 26, translation scripts and build yml

• add updated translation scripts and instructions to dev branch
• Updated translations from Lokalise on Sat Aug 30 10:22:12 PDT 2025
• Proactively update to Xcode 16.4 for browser build
• Incorporate iOS 26 fix for UI of bolus with pump or added external insulin, ref Loop PR 2341
• Bump version to 3.7.6
• Update CircleCI to use Xcode 16.4

Is it worth adding all the files in Scripts to Xcode? I realized I did not do that for the newer scripts.

I did update the Instructions file.

Test

Mac Xcode build

This code built to iPhone 7 running iOS 15, iPhone 8 running iOS 16 and SE running iOS 18.6.2.

Spot checked a few languages.

CircleCI

This is the CI test that failed - seems to be random which of these async tests fail - often they pass next try.

@ps2 The Mac-Xcode build succeeded. And running tests on Mac-Xcode succeeded.

But after merging to LoopWorkspace, this is what circleci reported:
