What is the purpose of this pull request?

Related to #1432

Overview of changes:
Removed occurences of markbind deploy --travis in the repo.

Anything you'd like to highlight / discuss:

Testing instructions:

Proposed commit message: (wrap lines at 72 characters)
Update occurrences of --travis to --ci in repo

Build scripts and userGuide are still using markbind deploy --travis, as of PR #1453, it has been changed to markbind deploy --ci.

Let's remove all occurrences of markbind deploy --travis.

Checklist: ☑️

  • Updated the documentation for feature additions and enhancements
  • Added tests for bug fixes or features
  • Linked all related issues
  • No blatantly unrelated changes
  • Pinged someone for a review!

What is the purpose of this pull request?
Related to #1432

Removed occurences of markbind deploy --travis in the repo.

Update occurrences of --travis to --ci in repo
Build scripts and userGuide are still using markbind deploy --travis, as of PR #1453, it has been changed to markbind deploy --ci.
Let's remove all occurrences of markbind deploy --travis.
