Compatibility for F#

You can also use the F# language in SharpIDE, just as you can use C#.
SharpIDE may also have compatibility with F#.

I think this should be implemented! right now you can't even SEE fsharp files.

If you are interested in F# support, you might want to follow #96 instead. We can always start with syntax highlighting, and then language server, and then everything else.
