Major bumps consumers should plan for:@metamask/profile-sync-controller29.0.0 changes /srp/login tagging (optional primary/secondary on raw_message, metametrics.identifier_type for SRP vs social) and pulls in @metamask/seedless-onboarding-controller10.1.1 (adds AuthConnection.Telegram). @metamask/ramps-controller20.0.0 requires a non-empty chainId on addPrecreatedOrder.

Cursor comment is a bit misleading re: @metamask/profile-sync-controller breaking change.
The added fields are all optional, and backend manages backwards compatibility with no issue. What's breaking is the need to update the allowed actions on the clients' side since we rely on a new dependency's (@metamask/seedless-onboarding-controller) action at login-time.

Added @metamask/client-utils@2.0.0 to this release so the #9777 breaking change (required chainId on rampBuy/rampSellActivityItem variants) is published with a major bump instead of shipping under 1.6.0.

This release already includes @metamask/ramps-controller@20.0.0 with the related #9777addPrecreatedOrderchainId requirement.
