Overview
Updates Agent Wallet reference docs to match v7 CLI behavior.

--amount parsing is documented in the commands reference: positive human-readable decimals, scientific notation, locale-aware grouping/separators, and INVALID_AMOUNT for bad input—with the same detail reflected in the INVALID_AMOUNT wallet error entry.

Wallet errors now include WALLET_LIMIT_EXCEEDED (100-wallet project cap) and clearer INVALID_AMOUNT messaging.

Supported chains adds Arc mainnet (5042, Transaction Shield covered) and Arc Testnet (5042002).
