the wording here still isn't perfect, for example it reads as if the first layer with bedrock has to be cleared maybe? but its still a big improvement so im good for this to be merged

it really should be
(between the highest level of the bedrock floor (and the lowest level of the bedrock ceiling) or to world height)
where "to world height" overrides the between that applies to the previous two cases, but I don't think that's exactly how prepositions work in english.

actually to is a preposition so I think that wording does work correctly

the wording here still isn't perfect, for example it reads as if the first layer with bedrock has to be cleared maybe? but its still a big improvement so im good for this to be merged

it really should be
(between the highest level of the bedrock floor (and the lowest level of the bedrock ceiling) or to world height)
where "to world height" overrides the between that applies to the previous two cases, but I don't think that's exactly how prepositions work in english.
