[Bug]: 每次使用的用量是不是计算过多了？

What happened? / 问题描述

每次对话，都会消耗5小时用量的4%甚至更多，这样对话不了多少轮5小时的用量就用光了。我记得以前5小时对话是1500次调用。现在这个少太多了吧。

就正常对话，每次刷新网页的用量。

Expected behavior / 预期行为

消耗不要这么快

Actual behavior / 实际行为

消耗飞快。每次至少4%。是缓存都失败了吗？
