Feature Request: Provide pre-built .app release for easier installation

Hi @ModernProgrammer,

First of all, thank you for creating Termini! It's exactly what many people are looking for — a clean, lightweight menu bar terminal.

Request: Could you please provide a pre-compiled .app file in the Releases section?

Reason:

• Many macOS users (especially those who are not developers) don't have Xcode installed and find it inconvenient to build the project themselves.
• Providing a universal (Apple Silicon + Intel) .app would greatly improve accessibility and adoption of the project.

If possible, it would be great to have:

• A signed/notarized .app (or at least a simple zip)
• Updates in future releases

Thank you again for this great little tool! Looking forward to using it easily.

Thank you for the feedback! Termini is an app I've been wanting for a long time. It's nice to see others enjoying it as much myself!

But I will definitely go ahead and create a pre-compiled .app in the release section.

I will go ahead and work on that this upcoming weekend.

I wouldn't mind to build it by myself. However, it requires Metal Toolchain (680MB+) to build. Since metal is optional and not enabled, could you eliminate that?

I just want to keep everything light and tidy. Thank you.
