Color providers desync between client and server

All color providers don't change internal integer IDs when client IDs are changed, as a result all blocks and items have wrong color (even vanilla) or don't have color at all (happens with vanilla things too)

I guess there can be more places where similar desync can happen, for example bucket items store block ID inside and I didn't found a place where they get a remap
