This PR experiments with removing the clique size boosts we currently have. It looks like we don't get a significant reduction in performance if we turn this off, but more experimentation will be necessary.

This is also a good opportunity to adjust the other boosts to see if we can fix#161

Good news: a lot of search results don't change, so that's good.
Bad news: we get a LOT more UMLS/NCIT single-clique results coming back -- so clearly some level of boosting is necessary. So I'll keep tweaking this until I figure out a level that works better than what we have now.
