My name is Noel (rhymes with soul). I work as a fullstack web developer at a company called Fracta that uses machine learning to predict when water infrastructure will fail. Prior to working as a software developer, I was working as a university instructor and pursuing a PhD in applied linguistics at Kyoto University.
