Summary

  • Restructure the NeMo OSS Fern hub around task-first and runtime-first orientation
  • Convert Concepts into a section with focused concept pages and add Resources pages for glossary and external learning
  • Update the NVIDIA-NeMo profile README as a concise public landing page with links into the hub
  • Clean public-facing copy to remove maintainer/design-process language

- Replace the "NeMo OSS" term with "NeMo Open Source Software" across the Fern
hub pages, READMEs, and taxonomy; spell out bare "OSS" where it means
open-source software. URLs, slugs, and the GPT-OSS model name are unchanged.
- Add a rightmost "Notes" column to the org README repository table for
individual teams to add extra detail or context.
