Severity lives as a prose prefix (P1: …) in the comment body, so the page cannot count, filter, or order by it — the reader gets certainty only by reading everything. .diffity.json already configures the labels (review.severities).
Proposal: keep severity as a thread field (parsed from the configured labels), give the UI count badges, filtering and severity-ordering; posting to the forge still prepends the label to the body.
