Summary

  • replace the historical analysis snapshot with a standard-scope re-audit of eb30728
  • preserve prior finding and roadmap lineage while recording resolved, reopened, regressed, and inaccessible items
  • add a traceable roadmap prioritized around recovery safety, artifact hardening, portability, Windows CI, documentation, and first-release readiness

Safety impact

  • No filesystem-renaming behavior changed.
  • Database access remains read-only.
  • The audit used only invented temporary SQLite/filesystem fixtures; no private media plan was needed.
  • No apply or undo behavior, DRY_RUN guard, or manifest precondition changed.

Verification

  • .venv/bin/python -m pytest tests/ -v -p no:cacheprovider --cov=. --cov-report=term-missing --cov-fail-under=80 — 63 passed, 1 Windows-only skipped, 90.00% coverage
  • Ruff lint and format, mypy, yamllint, Interrogate, dependency audit, Git integrity, and document traceability passed
  • Clean isolated sdist/wheel build and fresh-environment sqlite-renamer --help smoke test passed
  • Latest public CI and CodeQL runs at the audited baseline passed
  • Documentation and finding/roadmap IDs were cross-checked for consistency

Audit limitations

  • authenticated GitHub administrative settings and private alert state were unavailable
  • no live Windows filesystem or private Stash/media library was used
  • local Actionlint was unavailable; the equivalent remote CI job passed

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Documentation
    • Updated the project audit with current revision details, validation results, findings, risks, and recommendations.
    • Revised the roadmap to reflect completed work, reopened priorities, milestones, success metrics, and execution order.
    • Added guidance covering recovery safety, artifact security, portability, configuration discovery, Windows support, performance, releases, and diagnostics.

Summary

  • replace the historical analysis snapshot with a standard-scope re-audit of eb30728
  • preserve prior finding and roadmap lineage while recording resolved, reopened, regressed, and inaccessible items
  • add a traceable roadmap prioritized around recovery safety, artifact hardening, portability, Windows CI, documentation, and first-release readiness

Safety impact

  • No filesystem-renaming behavior changed.
  • Database access remains read-only.
  • The audit used only invented temporary SQLite/filesystem fixtures; no private media plan was needed.
  • No apply or undo behavior, DRY_RUN guard, or manifest precondition changed.

Verification

  • .venv/bin/python -m pytest tests/ -v -p no:cacheprovider --cov=. --cov-report=term-missing --cov-fail-under=80 — 63 passed, 1 Windows-only skipped, 90.00% coverage
  • Ruff lint and format, mypy, yamllint, Interrogate, dependency audit, Git integrity, and document traceability passed
  • Clean isolated sdist/wheel build and fresh-environment sqlite-renamer --help smoke test passed
  • Latest public CI and CodeQL runs at the audited baseline passed
  • Documentation and finding/roadmap IDs were cross-checked for consistency

Audit limitations

  • authenticated GitHub administrative settings and private alert state were unavailable
  • no live Windows filesystem or private Stash/media library was used
  • local Actionlint was unavailable; the equivalent remote CI job passed

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Documentation
    • Updated the project audit with current revision details, validation results, findings, risks, and recommendations.
    • Revised the roadmap to reflect completed work, reopened priorities, milestones, success metrics, and execution order.
    • Added guidance covering recovery safety, artifact security, portability, configuration discovery, Windows support, performance, releases, and diagnostics.

Summary

  • replace the historical analysis snapshot with a standard-scope re-audit of eb30728
  • preserve prior finding and roadmap lineage while recording resolved, reopened, regressed, and inaccessible items
  • add a traceable roadmap prioritized around recovery safety, artifact hardening, portability, Windows CI, documentation, and first-release readiness

Safety impact

  • No filesystem-renaming behavior changed.
  • Database access remains read-only.
  • The audit used only invented temporary SQLite/filesystem fixtures; no private media plan was needed.
  • No apply or undo behavior, DRY_RUN guard, or manifest precondition changed.

Verification

  • .venv/bin/python -m pytest tests/ -v -p no:cacheprovider --cov=. --cov-report=term-missing --cov-fail-under=80 — 63 passed, 1 Windows-only skipped, 90.00% coverage
  • Ruff lint and format, mypy, yamllint, Interrogate, dependency audit, Git integrity, and document traceability passed
  • Clean isolated sdist/wheel build and fresh-environment sqlite-renamer --help smoke test passed
  • Latest public CI and CodeQL runs at the audited baseline passed
  • Documentation and finding/roadmap IDs were cross-checked for consistency

Audit limitations

  • authenticated GitHub administrative settings and private alert state were unavailable
  • no live Windows filesystem or private Stash/media library was used
  • local Actionlint was unavailable; the equivalent remote CI job passed

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Documentation
    • Updated the project audit with current revision details, validation results, findings, risks, and recommendations.
    • Revised the roadmap to reflect completed work, reopened priorities, milestones, success metrics, and execution order.
    • Added guidance covering recovery safety, artifact security, portability, configuration discovery, Windows support, performance, releases, and diagnostics.
