removeBubbletip appends tip container to body - creating conflicts when re-creating tip.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create Tip with id="xyz"
2. Remove Tip from trigger container
3. Create Tip with id="xyz"
4. Remove Tip from trigger container - ERROR Occurs

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect the tip to be removed at step 4 but instead an error is thrown 
because removeBubbletip() appends the original tip container back into the body 
of the document - thus creating conflicts with id's.

Removing the following code corrects the problem : $('#' + 
tipsActive[i][0]).appendTo('body').hide();

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I am creating bubbletips on the fly, the tip content for any particular trigger 
element changes depending on the reponse of AJAX scipts. I may need to remove 
and re-create a single tip (using the same id) several times on a page.
