Steps to create multi-select parameters in Blackbaud CRM

A QueryView extension that adds a SortKey node for Constituents. I missed this from Raiser's Edge and didn't find an equivalent in CRM, so I've created it. It does not work for Groups or Households, unless Sort hints are included in their names.

These are a QueryView Extension specs that add nodes for the first five digits of ZipCodes. This makes it easier to create queries for Constituents in particular zip codes, when zip+4 zipcodes are present.
