I'd rather merge and fine-tune in a later PR. We do have more PRs coming, for example

• OpenAPI-Learn and OpenAPI-Registry tobie/specref#805 - OpenAPI-Learn and OpenAPI-Registry
  • Uncertain here whether to use "Registry" as we do predominantly, or "Registries" as we do in a minority of cases
