Summary

restore the exact 7.0.0-SNAPSHOT Lyo coordinates after the 7.0.0.Beta3 compatibility checkpoint
keep the Maven build and generated toolchain model synchronized

The release-pin merge commit is tagged lyo-7.0.0.Beta3.

Validation

mvn -B -ntp verify passed in promcode-lyo-server
git diff --check passed
