Summary

This PR injects a verified paying wallet into the message body of an agent request (rather than the header) so it makes it as far as the LLMs inference rather than getting stuck at hermes. Used to allow agent services to have good confidence in the address that is paying them.

Painpoint was people hitting the obolclaw claim service, if they didn't send their address in the message, the LLM wouldn't know who to claim for
