Flippin' Chi Solo instrument's data acquisiton and I/O firmware code used on Teensy 4.1 platform

Load in netcdf files from PMEL's data repository and combines and grids into monthly, daily, hourly and 10 minute averages. Also, grids chipod data from equatorial deployments on Tao, Pirata and Rama moorings and can create mooring files to use in processing chipods.
