PR checklist

  • Read the contribution guidelines.
  • Ran the shell script under ./bin/ to update Petstore sample so that CIs can verify the change. (For instance, only need to run ./bin/{LANG}-petstore.sh and ./bin/security/{LANG}-petstore.sh if updating the {LANG} (e.g. php, ruby, python, etc) code generator or {LANG} client's mustache templates). Windows batch files can be found in .\bin\windows\.
  • Filed the PR against the correct branch: master, 3.1.x, 4.0.x. Default: master.
  • Copied the technical committee to review the pull request if your PR is targeting a particular programming language.

Description of the PR

Open API generator previously wasn't case sensitive when checking for reserved words in the typescript generator. This will allow us to have the "Package" model in ProductCatalogs without needing to rename anything. Related issue: #349

@TiFu@taxpon@sebastianhaas@kenisteward@Vrolijkx@macjohnny

Motivation
-------------
Open API generator previously wasn't case sensitive when checking for reserved words in the typescript generator. This will allow us to have the "Package" model in ProductCatalogs without needing to rename anything.
Modifications
------------------
Duplicated the C# logic for reserved words (per the @jimschubert from openapitools' suggestion)

@gbrown-ce thanks for the PR! did you re-generate the samples and then result did not change?

@macjohnny correct, there was no change to the output (and no change was expected given the edge case-ness of the code changes)

@TiFu@taxpon@sebastianhaas@kenisteward@Vrolijkx@macjohnny
