Maybe evaluate opening_hours (and happy_hours)?

I am the maintainer of opening_hours.js. Some other similar maps are evaluation the opening_hours (and in the case of the OpenBeerMap, the happy_hours could also be evaluated) to show if the facility is open. So, if you want to do this you don’t have to deal with the opening_hours syntax yourself 😄
