xmlMultiValidator - validates XML with multiple different validators

This is a Java + Scala program usable from a command line.

Note the Scala dialect is Scala 3. Java dialect is Java 17.

Currently validates against:

woodstox
Xerces J
javax.xml.validation
xmllint (which is libxml2)
Xerces C
