Summary

  • bump the package and runtime version to 0.1.0rc2
  • update tagged-install and wheel-install instructions
  • publish the acceptance runner and pair-identity removal in the release changelog

Pre-release verification

  • uv run python -m pytest: 425 passed, 10 hardware tests deselected
  • wheel and sdist built from the source tree
  • twine check passed for both artifacts
  • wheel metadata: oglo 0.1.0rc2, Python >=3.10, Apache-2.0
  • no pair_id or allow_unpaired strings in the wheel

After merge, the exact main commit will be tagged v0.1.0rc2 and the wheel, sdist, and SHA256SUMS will be attached to a GitHub prerelease.
