feat(logitech): Verify more profile formats & automatically detect limits (DPI, Polling Rate)

• Removes any hardcoded product ID's and completely relys on the automatically detected mouse format
• Fixesfix(logitech): stop offering surface and lift-off controls the G309 does not have #41 without hardcoding every mouse product iD that is different
• Adds write-probe for some unverified formats (use this to verify profiles in order to avoid driver bugs,Diagnostic > Verify profile format > Verify profile write
• Makes formats 2, 3 & 4 verified and 2, 4 writable
