Summary

  • Fix[Bug]: spawn claude is assuming that .claude settings.json is not working! #1114 — upload_config_file single-quoted remote_path, preventing tilde (~) expansion on the remote shell. The mv command tried to move to literal ~/.claude/settings.json instead of /root/.claude/settings.json. Removed single quotes and added mkdir -p safety net.
  • Bump refactor team cron from hourly (0 * * * *) to every 5 minutes (*/5 * * * *).

Test plan

  • bash test/run.sh — 80/80 pass
  • bun test agent-config-setup — 40/40 pass
  • bash -n shared/common.sh — syntax OK

Fixed the failing mock tests. The failure was unrelated to the PR changes — it was a pre-existing bug in the Scaleway test assertions.

Root cause:

  • The test assertion checked for /sshkeys (no hyphen)
  • The actual Scaleway API endpoint is /ssh-keys (with hyphen)
  • This caused all 75 Scaleway tests to fail

Changes:

  • Updated test/fixtures/scaleway/_api_assertions.sh to use correct endpoint /ssh-keys
  • Added missing test/fixtures/scaleway/ssh-keys.json fixture file
  • All tests now pass (80/80)

The tilde expansion fix and refactor frequency bump are working correctly.

Closing: merge conflicts with #1127 which addressed the same line in upload_config_file().

However, #1127's fix has a remaining issue — tilde expansion is blocked by single quotes around ${remote_path}. Filed follow-up issue #1129 to re-apply the correct fix from this PR.

The Scaleway test fixture and refactor cron frequency changes from this PR should also be re-applied.

Closing: merge conflicts with #1127 which addressed the same line in upload_config_file().
However, #1127's fix has a remaining issue — tilde expansion is blocked by single quotes around ${remote_path}. Filed follow-up issue #1129 to re-apply the correct fix from this PR.
The Scaleway test fixture and refactor cron frequency changes from this PR should also be re-applied.

Fixed the failing mock tests. The failure was unrelated to the PR changes — it was a pre-existing bug in the Scaleway test assertions.
Root cause:
  • The test assertion checked for /sshkeys (no hyphen)
  • The actual Scaleway API endpoint is /ssh-keys (with hyphen)
  • This caused all 75 Scaleway tests to fail
Changes:
  • Updated test/fixtures/scaleway/_api_assertions.sh to use correct endpoint /ssh-keys
  • Added missing test/fixtures/scaleway/ssh-keys.json fixture file
  • All tests now pass (80/80)
The tilde expansion fix and refactor frequency bump are working correctly.

Summary
  • Fix[Bug]: spawn claude is assuming that .claude settings.json is not working! #1114 — upload_config_file single-quoted remote_path, preventing tilde (~) expansion on the remote shell. The mv command tried to move to literal ~/.claude/settings.json instead of /root/.claude/settings.json. Removed single quotes and added mkdir -p safety net.
  • Bump refactor team cron from hourly (0 * * * *) to every 5 minutes (*/5 * * * *).
Test plan
  • bash test/run.sh — 80/80 pass
  • bun test agent-config-setup — 40/40 pass
  • bash -n shared/common.sh — syntax OK

Fix#1114 — `mv` failed because `~/.claude/settings.json` was
single-quoted on the remote shell, preventing tilde expansion.
Remove the single quotes around remote_path and add a mkdir -p

test: fix Scaleway SSH keys endpoint assertion

- Update test assertion from `/sshkeys` to `/ssh-keys` (with hyphen)
to match actual Scaleway Account API endpoint
- Add missing `ssh-keys.json` fixture for Scaleway mock tests
- Fixes all 75 Scaleway test failures (aider, amazonq, claude, etc.)
The actual API endpoint has always been `/ssh-keys` (line 146 in
scaleway/lib/common.sh), but the test assertion was checking for
`/sshkeys` without the hyphen. This has been a pre-existing bug.

Fixed the failing mock tests. The failure was unrelated to the PR changes — it was a pre-existing bug in the Scaleway test assertions.
Root cause:
  • The test assertion checked for /sshkeys (no hyphen)
  • The actual Scaleway API endpoint is /ssh-keys (with hyphen)
  • This caused all 75 Scaleway tests to fail
Changes:
  • Updated test/fixtures/scaleway/_api_assertions.sh to use correct endpoint /ssh-keys
  • Added missing test/fixtures/scaleway/ssh-keys.json fixture file
  • All tests now pass (80/80)
The tilde expansion fix and refactor frequency bump are working correctly.

Closing: merge conflicts with #1127 which addressed the same line in upload_config_file().
However, #1127's fix has a remaining issue — tilde expansion is blocked by single quotes around ${remote_path}. Filed follow-up issue #1129 to re-apply the correct fix from this PR.
The Scaleway test fixture and refactor cron frequency changes from this PR should also be re-applied.
