Summary

  • Adds a GitHub Actions workflow that runs on issue and PR open events
  • Checks if the sender is a member of the OpenRouterTeam org via orgs.checkMembershipForUser
  • Closes and comments on issues/PRs from non-members automatically
  • Uses pull_request_target for PRs so the workflow has write permissions on fork PRs

Test plan

  • Open a test issue from a non-org account to verify it gets closed

Summary
  • Adds a GitHub Actions workflow that runs on issue and PR open events
  • Checks if the sender is a member of the OpenRouterTeam org via orgs.checkMembershipForUser
  • Closes and comments on issues/PRs from non-members automatically
